Many people say they don’t have motivation to get fit. They can’t talk themselves into it or that they’re too tired and don’t want to get up early in the morning to workout. The best way to stay fit is to have the right mindset. Tell yourself that it’s going to happen, regardless of your energy or motivation level. I personally find that exercising at around the same time every day also helps. This way, you can set aside a scheduled time for it, without worrying about it conflicting with another event in your day because you would do it when it works for you! Once you set aside a time, you actually have to follow through on it. If you don’t like it, keep trying at least a little bit. It may take a bit to work a workout into your daily routine because it takes at least 20 minutes (most of the time). Sometimes, music or friends can also help to keep you motivated and get you into the mindset for staying fit.
