Here at LTF we are fueled by green juice! Seriously though, it is the best way to start your day. Each morning I wake up, pop a bagel in the toaster, toss some greens in the Nutribullet, and head out the door to take on the world.
Ingredients like spinach and kale pack a powerful punch of fiber and vitamins, fruits give you an immune and energy boost, and a sprinkle of chia seeds adds protein, antioxidants, and omega-3’s. With all of that magic packed into 16 ounces, it’s no wonder I feel super human after drinking my green juice.
Here’s my daily go-to green juice recipe:
- 1 heaping handful of spinach
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 1 pear, cored
- Fill with water, blend, & enjoy!
